"We evacuated to my daughter's house in Napa...both of Dennis's kids lost their homes in Santa Rosa.  We haven't yet heard from the rest of the family...we're hoping they're all safe.  We lost our house to fire in 1996, so this isn't the first time. “The fire came from two directions destroying the Wine Library, the shop, a tractor and two acres of our 40 acres of vineyards. We worked with the firemen and were able to save the main building and our two houses.
