Chef Scott Jansen, his wife, Corry, and three week old daughter, Athena, collect mushrooms on Cedar Street in Calistoga.  "I'd like to be a self sustaining farmer...on a piece of land....where we could forage and start a legacy garden.  I'd love to teach kids.  Being envolved in a restaraunt is really time consuming.
