4 PM, Monday, January 11, 2016.  “We met at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York…Ryder is the Executive chef at Archetype in Saint Helena and I worked for The French Laundry…before we started having babies.”   “We bike daily…the kids total 100 (lbs.) and then the weight of the seat and bike extension…30 minutes is quite a workout.”  -Michaella Zetts with husband, Ryder, daughter, Daisy, and sons, Vinnie and Fenton, near their home in Calistoga.
