Alaska Run for Women

Posted in Photo Stories by admin on June 13th, 2011

7200 ladies ran in Saturday’s Alaska Run for Women.  They ran with vibrato and a flare for fashion, while raising over $166,000 for breast cancer research.  There were serious runners, not so serious runners, and many who just came for the sisterhood.  I love to photograph this event and the ladies are always so appreciative.  I was even invited to the post-race brunch at Linda’s house…yum!  (Photographed with 90 and 24 mm P.C. lenses on a Canon 5D)
